Privacy Terms
ADLO Taxi Service requires to collect data from its customers and drivers in order to render the required service. We have deliberately kept to the barest minimum the data we collect, limiting ourselves to what is needed to perform our service and comply with any legal requirements in the respective jurisdiction.

The data we collect are contact details (email address, phone number, house address) and location information. These are used to service the request of the customer for a ride, enabling us to keep the customer updated of the driver and details of the car sent to pick him/her. We will not use your data for any other purpose than what has been stated here unless compelled to so do by legal compliance.

Data collected is stored in our files and databases and the customers and drivers have full access to the record we keep. Each user has full access to the record and can request amendment or deletion as they wish. In compliance with legal requirements, we may have to retain users' data for a period of time before such is finally destroyed.

Legal Requirements
Data is primarily used to aid in the provision of rides and delivery services. We however may be forced by law to disclose data to third parties, especially for the purposes of law enforcement, fraud/crime prevention, and similar circumstances.

Data Protection Law
Our data collection, storage and use fully comply with the Data Protection Law of the respective jurisdication.
